How points work
Fan Points are a reward for participating in Tri-County Art. Here is exactly how they work.
Fan Points are service credit. They are never convertible to cash, transferable, or refundable.
What Fan Points are
Fan Points are service credit earned through participation in the Tri-County Art membership. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another member, and are not refundable. They can only be redeemed for services listed in the Fan Points Catalog.
How Fan Points are earned
Points are awarded for joining, for each monthly renewal, for completing roadmap milestones, and for referring other artists who join. Points are never sold and cannot be purchased. Membership never requires payment for the right to refer others.
Expiration
Fan Points expire 24 months from the date they are earned.
If you cancel
Point accrual stops on cancellation. You have 90 days from your cancellation date to spend any existing balance, after which remaining points are forfeited.
Referral bonuses
Referral bonuses reverse if the referred member cancels within 3 months of joining.
Redemption & fulfillment
Redemptions are fulfilled in the order received. Turnaround varies with demand and available capacity. Some services are limited in quantity each month; when capacity is reached, that service shows as unavailable until the following period.
Changes to point prices
The point price of any service may change with 30 days notice. Points already earned keep their expiration date.
