Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what Junction Conx Inc., doing business as Tricounty Art (“we”, “us”), collects when you use tricountyart.com, the Tricounty Art Map at tricountyart.com/events, our memberships, Fan Points, calls, texts and emails (the “Services”), and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

What you give us: name, email, phone number, username and password, Instagram handle, primary discipline, who invited you, your Artist Horizon answers, worksheet and roadmap answers, plans, milestone submissions, messages with your mentor, events, flyers and descriptions you post, your reactions and reminders on the Map, and anything you send us. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the referral link or code you used, cookies, approximate location from your IP, and, only if you tap the location button on the Map and allow it, your device’s location for that visit (we do not store it).

From others: payment and subscription status from Stripe, and booking details from our scheduling system.

2. How we use it

To run your membership and deliver mentorship and member materials; match you with a mentor and keep progress notes; process payments and Fan Points; show your events on the Map and count reactions; send account, booking, call, reminder and event messages by email and text; send marketing you can opt out of; prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse of referrals and Fan Points; review posted events; improve the Services; and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who sees what

Your mentor and our team can see your profile, Horizon results, worksheet answers, milestones and progress notes so we can deliver the Services. Progress notes are internal. On the Map, your event listings, flyers, organizer name and linked Instagram posts are public, positive reactions are shown as totals without names, and “Not for me” reactions are private. Your Fan Points balance and referrals are visible to you and our team, not to other members.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that process data for us: Stripe (payments), Hostinger (website hosting), Supabase (Map database and sign in), GoHighLevel (scheduling, texts, email and chat), Brevo (email delivery), Nextcloud (file storage), the WordPress plugins we use for membership, points and referrals, Google (web fonts), Esri and OpenStreetMap (map tiles and address lookup), and Meta/Instagram when an Instagram post is shown on the Map (Instagram may set cookies and receive your IP under its own policy). Our mentors and team members, who keep it confidential. Authorities when the law requires it. A successor if our business is sold or merged.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember who referred you (up to 360 days), and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising pixels today. If we add analytics or advertising tools, such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we will list them here before they go live. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features will stop working.

6. Texts and email

We only text people who gave consent on our forms. Reply STOP to any text to stop. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Account and transaction emails continue while you have an account.

7. How long we keep it

Account and membership records are kept while your account is active and for 2 years after it closes, or longer when tax, legal or fraud prevention rules require it. Worksheet answers and Horizon results are kept while your account is active so you can return to them, and are deleted or anonymized within 90 days of a deletion request. Past Map events are hidden automatically after they end. Payment records are kept as the law requires. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.

8. Your choices

You can update your profile in My Account, cancel your membership, change your Map reactions, ask us to remove events you posted, and ask us to delete your account by emailing junctionconx@gmail.com. We confirm your identity before acting. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your data and to object to some uses; we honor these requests for everyone where practical.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, review of posted content and a security plugin on our website. Card numbers never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think someone accessed your account.

10. Age

The Services are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and will delete it if we learn we have.

11. Changes

We will post any new version here with a new date and email members about material changes.
