Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Tricounty Art is a trade name of Junction Conx Inc., a Florida corporation (“Tricounty Art”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of tricountyart.com, the Tricounty Art Map at tricountyart.com/events, our memberships, the Fan Points program, our calls and any related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, joining a membership, posting an event or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who may use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join a membership or post an event. You must give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
2. Memberships
We offer three levels: Local Artist (free), Famous (paid monthly) and Icon (paid monthly). What each level includes is described on the membership page when you join and may change as described in Section 11.
Paid memberships renew every month until you cancel. Your first payment for Famous or Icon includes a one time onboarding fee that covers your live Artist Horizon call and the setup of your member materials. Prices, fees and taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
Promotional offers. We may offer codes that reduce or waive your first payment, for example a free first month. When the promotional period ends, your membership renews automatically at the regular monthly price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date. Each offer may have its own end date and limits.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Mentorship, assessments and member materials
Mentorship, the Artist Horizon call, the Artist North Star lessons and worksheets, roadmaps, plans and guides (“Member Materials”) are educational and coaching resources for working artists. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or mental health advice, and results depend on your own work. We do not promise income, bookings, followers, signings or any particular outcome.
Mentors are independent professionals working with Tricounty Art. Calls happen by phone or video (for example Zoom) and messages through the chat on your dashboard. Mentors and our team may keep notes about your progress to deliver the Services.
4. Our intellectual property and your license
The Member Materials, the Services, our name, logos, lessons, templates, scripts, designs and software belong to Junction Conx Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
While your membership is active, we give you a personal, non transferable, non exclusive, revocable license to use the Member Materials inside the Services for your own artistic career. You may fill in worksheets with your own information and keep your own answers. You may not copy, redistribute, share, sell, publish, teach from or build products from the Member Materials, or give anyone else access to your account. This license ends when your membership ends. Trying to scrape or extract Member Materials, or get around access controls, is a material breach.
5. Fan Points
Fan Points are a promotional loyalty program. They have no cash value, are not currency, property or a security, cannot be sold or transferred, and can only be redeemed for items and services in the Fan Points catalog while your membership is active. We may change the catalog, the points an item needs and how points are earned.
Points are earned as described in the Member Handbook, including for joining, renewing, approved milestones and members who join through your referral link. Points from a referred member are reversed if that member cancels or is refunded within their first three months. Points are forfeited 90 days after your membership ends, and unused points expire 24 months after they are earned. We may remove points earned through fraud, self referral, fake accounts or abuse, and may end the program with reasonable notice. Redeemed services are delivered personally and may need scheduling.
6. Your content
“Your Content” means anything you post or upload, including event listings, flyers, descriptions, Instagram links, worksheet answers, milestone proof, profile details and reactions. You keep ownership of Your Content. You give Tricounty Art a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, store, display and share it to run and promote the Services, including showing your events and flyers on the Tricounty Art Map.
We feature members’ work on our social channels and marketing only with your permission, and you can ask us to remove a feature at any time. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for routine backups and content others have already shared.
You promise you have the rights to post Your Content, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
7. The Tricounty Art Map
The Map lists art events in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Anyone can browse. Reacting to an event (“I’m going”, “Looks fun”, “Not for me”), RSVPs and reminders require you to sign in with your email. Posting events is for Famous and Icon members. “Not for me” reactions are private; positive reactions are shown publicly as totals.
Posted events are reviewed before they appear and may be edited for format, declined or removed, including events that are not art related, are duplicates, are misleading or are outside our area. Event details come from the person who posts them. Tricounty Art does not run, endorse, inspect or guarantee any event unless the listing says so; attend at your own judgment. Instagram posts shown on the Map are displayed through Instagram’s embed feature and remain subject to Instagram’s terms.
8. Community rules
Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringing; impersonate anyone; post spam, scams or events that do not exist; use bots, scrapers or multiple accounts to inflate reactions, referrals or Fan Points; interfere with the Services; or record, resell or redistribute calls, mentor sessions or Member Materials. We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
9. Texts and email
By giving us your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that Tricounty Art and its team may text you about your membership, bookings, calls, events you saved and your mentor, using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We send account emails and may send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from.
10. Payments, chargebacks and taxes
You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for memberships, onboarding fees and purchases. If a payment fails we may retry it and pause access until it clears. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may pause your account while the dispute is open. Prices do not include taxes unless stated; we collect tax where required.
11. Changes
We will add, change and sometimes remove features, catalog items, mentors and Member Materials. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce what a paid membership includes, and you may cancel before they take effect. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date; using the Services after that date means you accept it.
12. Ending your account
You can cancel your membership at any time from My Account or by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, non payment or conduct that harms the community. Sections 4 to 6 and 13 to 17 survive.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any event listing is accurate.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Junction Conx Inc. and its officers, directors, team members, mentors and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Junction Conx Inc. and its team against claims arising from Your Content, your events, your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or anyone’s rights.
16. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Please contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve any dispute informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the Florida county where Junction Conx Inc. has its principal place of business, and each party waives a jury trial to the extent the law allows.
17. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may assign these Terms to a successor. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver.
